A teishin is one of the classical needles and can be made of various precious metals, such as copper, silver, gold, or gold plate and zinc.
It is a non-insertive needle and does not puncture the skin.
Used predominantly in Toyohari and Shonishin (Pediatric Acupuncture) treatments.
